In Portugal costumer care takes a beating at least 5 times a week...on a good week this is.
A friend of mine has just got his laptop lost by a renown goods transporter, witch name I shall not mention (D) and he is now in the hands of (H) the store who sold him the computer. (L) Now they say that the entity in charge of resolving his problem is the maker of the laptop, a multinational company with worldwide recognition (ACER). This wouldn't be so bad if he lived in England or Germany or even, and I'm struggling with this one, Zimbabwe...but oooh no...he is in fact a gueeza and that means he will have no recognition whatsoever from the companies mentioned above.
That is all fine, because it was expected, anywhoo...now the store will take the hit because of the topic of this post COSTUMER CARE!!!! They failed to make sure everything went well, they failed to warn the costumer, they failed on getting a solution...well....i could go on..but i won't as i am now picking up a brick and my car keys to go for a little ride....
